RETURN POLICY

Team Orders cannot be returned or exchanged. However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund for products that have a manufacturer’s defect due to materials or craftsmanship.

Personalized Order Returns

New, unused items with a manufacturer’s defect may be returned within 60 days of purchase.

  • All products must be unused to ensure a full credit. We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. All COD packages will be refused.
  • All defective returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.
  • We will work to provide a replacement for a defective product. If a replacement cannot be issued, refunds will be made in the form of original payment or an Electronic Gift Card for use on verabradley.com
  • If the item was a gift, you will receive credit in the form of an Electronic Gift Card to be used on verabradley.com
  • Logo setup fees will not be refunded.
  • We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.
  • In the event an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
  • Returns over $500 without a proof of purchase cannot be processed. Purchases for resale will not be accepted for returns, regardless of dollar amount.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with these policies.
  • Returns must be prepaid, insured by the customer and shipped via the carrier of your choice.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged/Defective Returns

In the event an item is damaged upon receipt or has a manufacturer's defect, please call Customer Service at 1-833-668-TEAM (8326) within 60 days of purchase to initiate a quality review. Items will be inspected and a determination made as to the cause of defect. In the event an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
