Shipping & Proccessing Information
We want to make sure your custom order is just right. All Team Orders will flow through the following steps once placed:

Logo & Personalization Approval
All Team Orders go through an approval process. You will have the opportunity to see your logo or custom letter rendered before we begin embroidery on your order.
Expected Timeline for Team Orders
Logo application, personalization and order processing will take 4-6 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your order. After placing your order, you will receive the following updates:
- Immediate order confirmation email
- Logo/Personalization approval email
- Order shipment email

Orders selected for Standard Ground service will normally leave our Distribution Center within 4-6 weeks of when the order has been completed. Times may increase during promotions and holidays.
After the order leaves our Distribution Center, transit times vary based on the shipping method selected during Checkout and your shipping address.
- Your order is processed at the Vera Bradley Distribution Center in Roanoke, Indiana.
- Your order will ship from the Distribution Center via UPS within 4-6 weeks.
- UPS will deliver your order to your shipping address. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Orders placed to APO or FPO military addresses will be delivered United States Postal Service (USPS) Standard.
- Standard Ground orders are delivered Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays, within the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Saturday deliveries will vary based on customer address.
- Orders shipping to an APO/FPO military address may only be shipped via USPS Standard and cannot be expedited. We cannot guarantee delivery times after the order is delivered to the military post office box.
- You will not incur any product and shipping credit card charges until the order has been shipped to you.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
team.verabradley.com offers you the convenience of shipping items to more than one address on a single order. If you are shipping to multiple addresses, you will receive a confirmation email for each shipment; for example, if you choose to send to three different locations, you will receive three shipping confirmation emails. Your credit card will be charged for items on each individual shipment as they are shipped.
Shipping charges apply for each individual address. The shipping charge is based on the method chosen and the total of products being shipped to that specific location.
